Kestrel





After nearly six hours of seeing not many creatures or birds, I was rewarded with a great view of one of our favourite birds , the Kestrel.

Spot Fly





As we were heading back to the car, I spotted one of these. We settled down to watch it feeding and were delighted to see FOUR of these along the same stretch of land, all to-ing and fro-ing for flies!

Kingfisher/Bittern




I havent seen either of these up close for a while so seeing both within a few mins was a treat! The light could have been better tho!! The Bittern disgraced itself as it flew past, no its not a fault with the camera!
