Bottle Nose Dolphin

We were so lucky! After not being able to go out on a boat to spot them due to adverse weather, we were enjoying a walk along the jetty at New Quay in Cardigan Bay when a mother and calf swam a few feet off the quay! Also up to 6 others nearby! Didnt manage to get head shots though but what a pleasure to see!

Atlantic Grey Seals

We came across a cove where at least half a dozen of these seals were playing in the water, most of them came within a few feets to say hello!

Kites everwhere!! Perched in the surrounding trees and then taking to the air. Breathtaking!

Welsh Buzzards

These delightful birds were seen constantly throughout Wales, perched or on the wing. These buzzards were at Gigrin competing with the Kites!

Red Kites at Gigrin

Fantastic time at Gigrin farm in Wales, an experience not to be missed. A big challenge for us to photograph these magnificent birds, lots of them, never still and changeable weather.
