British Nature and Wildlife pics

Hi, we are Mandy and Mick from Lincolnshire UK. We love wildlife and photography of same. Most of our photography is done around Lincolnshire but also on trips in the Uk and Abroad. We love travel - avoiding touristy places if possible unless its a wildlife hotspot!! Our kit includes Canon 40D and 400D, Canon 300mm f2.8 IS lens, Canon 300mm f4 IS lens, 1.4x and 2x Canon Converters, Sigma 50-500mm (Bigma) lens, a Canon 100mm 2.8 Macro lens and a Canon 18-55mm IS lens

Sunrise at South Ferriby 3/10/06

Arrived at Ferriby 7am in time for sunrise. A surreal experience, may skeins of Geese coming off the Humber over Reads Island. Also shown here a flock of Lapwings.

Worlaby Carrs 1/10/06

A quick trip to Worlaby, highlights were a distant Marsh Harrier and Kestrel(no pics unfortunately!), pictured here a Wheatear, A red legged partridge and a Heron.
